PURPOSE: To only press and mount a holder to the spindle sleeve of a machine tool also easily remove the holder from the sleeve, by such constitution that a lock ring is always resiliently pressed by a spring and relatively rotating motion is prevented between the holder main unit and clamp ring.
CONSTITUTION: A flange part 14 is formed toward the front direction of a holder main unit 1, and a main unit notch 15 is provided diameterically of the flange part, then a stopper protrusive part 16 is formed to the back of the flange part in the direction at a right angle with the notch 15. Further a clamp ring 2 is fitted to the outside of the main unit 1 and lock ring 3. Since the stopper protrusive part 16 for the main unit 1 is fitted to the notch of a sleeve at the point end of a machine tool rotary spindle, the main unit 1 transmits turning power of the sleeve to a tool. Even if the sleeve and the holder 1 are moved rotating at high speed, the ring 2 is moved similarly rotating, and the holder 1 is never detached from the sleeve. Accordingly, the holder can be easily mounted to or removed from the sleeve.
