CONSTITUTION:A branch circuit 618 is provided between coupling points 619 and 620 of resonators in the first and the sixth stages of a BPF for extra-high frequency of 7 stages consisting of resonators 603-609 and coupling circuits 610- 617 of the BPF. When the phase quantity in a prescribed frequency in the attenuation band of the branch circuit is so selected that the phase is opposite to that of the phase quantity of a main transmission line consisting of coupling circuits, an attenuation pole is generated in the frequency to improve the attenuation characteristic. Further, since the one-stage BPF is connected after branching and coupling to the main transmission line, the attenuation characteristic in frequencies higher or lower than the attenuation polar frequency is good.
