Abstract
PURPOSE:To radiate the heat of a tube body effectively, by inserting a metallic plate to the groove, which is formed in the axial direction on the outside circumference of a circular waveguide, to fit cooling bodies radially in respect to the waveguide for propagation of radio waves such as microwaves. CONSTITUTION:A tube body 1 is formed into a cylinder with metals, and microwaves are propagated in the tube. A flange 2 is formed with metals and is fitted to the tube body 1 at both ends of the tube body 1 to support the tube body 1. Cooling bodies 3 are formed with metals and are inserted to a groove, which is formed in the axial direction on the outside circumference of the tube body 1, and are fitted radially for the tube body 1, and the groove 4 is provided with a soldered layer formed by soldering. By this circular waveguide, the temperature of the tube body 1 is lowered by cooling bodies.
