Abstract
PURPOSE:To directly obtain heat flow density irradiated from a surface to be measured and a convection heat flow rate by independently obtaining signal corresponding to the heat flow density of the heat flowing in each region of a plurality of regions having different surface emissivities in a heat resisting body. CONSTITUTION:In the heat flow sensor 11, the surface area of the heat resisting body 12 comprising silicon rubber and the like is divided into two regions. First and second thermopiles 13 and 14 are provided in corresponding regions. The front and rear faces of the heat resisting body 12 are protected by coating materials 15 and 16. The temperature is measured by a thermocouple 17. The surface of the heat resisting body on the side where the thermopile 13 is arranged is treated as an aluminum mirror, indicating white color. The surface of the heat resisting body 12 on the side where the thermopile 14 is arranged is treated by carbon, indicating black color. The signals corresponding to the heat flow density of the heat flowing through the elements are flowed from the thermopiles 13 and 14 of the elements.
