Abstract
PURPOSE:To offer the device characterized by high strength, small configuration factor with respect to a holder, and a low cost, by cooling the thermocouple holder, protruding a warm contact point from the holder, and connecting the thermocouple and a lead wire in a water cooling box at an outlet port of the holder. CONSTITUTION:The thermocouple holder 4 is divided into three parts. The tip of the Pt sheath thermocouple 1 is protruded into an atmosphere 12 to be measured and provided on fixing plate 5. Cooling fluid is supplied to a chamber 9 which is one of the divided three parts from the cooling box 7. A compensating point 3 for the Pt sheath thermocouple 1 and the lead wire 2 is inserted in the box 7.
