PURPOSE:To assure both the gazing position and the visible distance of a user and at the same time to secure a sufficient space on a desk, by providing an electronic display device on the surface of disk lamp shade at the side opposite to the user and where no light of the lamp exists. CONSTITUTION:A display device 2 is set at an nonilluminated side 41 of a desk lamp shade 4 and to which a user sits opposite. A fluorescent lamp 43 is provided at the inside of the shade 4 for the illuminating purpose. The shade 4 is fixed to a stand part 5 by means of a support 6 consisting of a universal coupling 62 and a fixing part 61. Thus the angle, positionm, etc. can be adjusted for the diaplay part 2. In addition, a fluorescent lamp switch 31 and a control button 32 of the part 2 are provided to the part 5. Then a power supply cable 72 is connected to a data transmission cable 71 to transmit the data.
