A character generator 3 outputs characters and graphs to display according to a code stored to the said memory 2. The controls are made by a control section 4. On the other hand, a video signal from a graphic recorder 5 and a video camera 6 is stored in a frame memory 7 at each frame. A mixing circuit 8 constitute a screen to display the output from the character generator 3 and that from the frame memory 7 on a display 10 while taking synchronism at a synchronizing control circuit 9.
