PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of reception, by enabling to record a video signal recording the next reception picture while one reception picture is projected. CONSTITUTION:In the process that a recording medium 15 is moved in loop, an electrostatic recording head 18 records the electrostatic creeping image corresponding to the received video signal on the recording medium 15, and the electrostatic creeping image is developed with a developper 19. The reception picture developed is carried between feeding rollers 4 and 5 and stopped at the same position, and extended and projected on a screen 31 at the same position. Since only the recording medium 15 between feeding rollers 7a, 3a can be moved to the head 18, while feeding rollers 3a, 4, 5, 6, 7a are stopped and feeding rollers 8a, 1, 2a only are driven and the recording medium 15 between the rollers 4, 5 are stopped, the next reception picture can be recorded when one reception picture is projected.
