When opening the upper hinge section 1 perpendicularly by predetermined angle against the lower hinge section 2, the butting section 7 of the upper hinge section 1 is butted against the stopper section 6 projected from the lower hinge section 2 to maintain the predetermined angle thereby the excessive force is not applied. When opening more than predetermined angle, the stopper section 6 of the lower hinge section 2 is butted strongly against the butting section 7 and pushed into the lower hinge section 2 through the resilient deformation thereby the breakdown of the hinge device can be prevented.
