Abstract
PURPOSE: To quickly cool a moving coil and reduce the number of components by incorpotating a drive and a pump in a body and by getting driving force from electromagnetic induction generated in the moving coil.
CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 2 magnetized in an axial direction is mounted in the outer periophery of a non-magnetic ring 1, while an inner yoke 3 is fixed in its inner periphery. Also, an outer yoke is arranged on the outer periphery of a cylindrical part 3b with some clearance. A radial magnetic field is generated by a permanent magnet 2 in a clearance between the cylindrical parts 3b and 5a. An axially moving coil 6 is inserted in this magnetic field. When the meving coil 6 mives left, a pump house 15 shrinks as closing a suction valve 12 and opening a delevery valve 14 while air in the pump house 15 is delivered out of a delivery exit 3 in a direction of an arrow Q via a delivery passage 3c. The moving coil 6 is forcibly cooled by an air flow of pumping.
