Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a collision detector by supplying the signal from a power generating sensor to a signal processing circuit by means of antenna coupling. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation of an oscillating circuit 210 oscillating at all times is intermitted by the detection signal of periods corresponding to collision speeds outputted from a power generating sensor 2. This signal is transmitted from a pole antenna 41a for transmission to a pole antenna 42a for reception of a signal processing circuit 5. The circuit 5 discriminates the magnitude of collisions from the change in the input signal and transmits a gas back ignition instruction signal to an ingniter 6. Since the detection signal from the sensor 2 is supplied to the circuit 5 by means of antenna coupling in this way, the need for contact connectors is eliminated and the reliability of the device is improved.
