Abstract
PURPOSE: To rotate a rolling material always smoothly, by making clamping rollers, opposing to each other, independently movable and making the material holdable even the holding position is out of the rotating center of a frame body when the material is held by said rollers.
CONSTITUTION: Rolling materials is held between clamping rollers 14a, 14b by shrinking a cylinder 17 of a rotating device. When the material S is out of place, the movement of roller 14a of one side is made larger than that of roller 14b of the other side, that makes the material S holdable even the holding position is out of the rotating center of a frame body 5, and the material S is always held on transporting rollers 20 while keeping the vertically mounted position. Next, when the frame body 5 is rotated in the prescribed direction by 90° with the aid of a motor 11 after loosing the clamping force slightly by the cylinder 17, the material S is rotated while keeping its condition as it is. Thereby the material S is rotated without rising from the rollers 20.
