Abstract

PURPOSE:To control receptacles in a group unit correctly and simplify conveying equipment by counting receptacles which have been fed out in groups in two rows and lining same in one row to be transported by a conveyor, and again aligning same in two rows in accordance with a counter signal to be stored. CONSTITUTION:In order to convey two rows of receptacles 15 groups positioned at a stopper 16 to a rack, the stopper 16 descends to remove the restrictions on the receptacles 15 group. The first two receptacles are separated from succeeding receptacles by a conveyor 20, and the space therebetween is detected by a photoelectric switch 18 to raise the stopper 16 and break off succession of the receptacles of group 15. The two receptacles are counted by a photoelectric switch 22 of an AC converter and conveyed on a feed-out conveyor 5 in a row to a stock station 24 of the rack. In the same manner, succeeding receptacles are transported, and when the transportation of the receptacles group 15 is completed, it is detected by the photoelectric switch 18 to lower a stopper 17 to move two rows of receptacles groups 15 to a stopper 16 position. The receptacles 15 which have reached the stock station 24 are stopped at each two pieces and aligned in two rows by a pusher 30.
