Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the actuator characterized by excellent efficiency and linearity by utilizing an entire electromagnetic coil for converting electric energy into reciprocating kinetic energy. CONSTITUTION:Two tubular electromagnetic oils 2 and 2' are provided on the internal peripheral surface of a tubular yoke 1 comprising soft magnetic body so that the same polarity is generated at the neighboring parts. A movable piece 5, wherein pole pieces 4 and 4' are fixed to both ends of a cylindrical or tubular permanent magent 3 which is magnetized in the axial direction, is arranged at the central part of the electromagnetic coils 2 and 2'. Shaft 6 and 6' are fixed to both ends of the movable piece 5. The shaft 6 and 6' are fixed and supported by disk shaped rubber members 7 and 7' which are fixed to both ends of the yoke 1. In this constitution, the energy can be efficiently converted, and the actuator characterized by the excellent operating characteristic and showing the linearlity can be provided.
