CONSTITUTION:While iron powder 1 is thoroughly mixd with varnish and a solvent for dilution, it is dried by, for example, a rotary drying method or the like. Thence, the mixture of the iron powder 1 solidified with a binder resin 2 after drying is passed through a sieve or the like, whereby it is classified to prescribed sizes. Then, most of the particles are in an aggregated state, but part are broken of the coating at the time of crushing and therefore these are further restored by resin coating to reinforce the aggregated state. The carrier consisting of the compound shape particles is obtained in high yields by these.
