Abstract

PURPOSE:To mix gas with a liquid inside a stirring tank without the use of any forcing means by using a system in which the rear part of the tip of a stirring blade is inclined and an opening leading on the hollow of a rotary shaft is provided in the inclined part. CONSTITUTION:The rear parts of the tips of plural stirring blades 1 attached at equal intervals to the top of a hollow rotary shaft 2 are inclined to the direction A of rotation, and opening 3 leading to the hollow 2a of the hollow rotary shaft 2 are provided in the inclined faces 1a. When turning the stirring blades 1 in a liquid inside a stirring tank, a gas is naturally absorbed in the liquid through the openings 3 of the inclined faces 1a on the rear side of the tip of the stirring blades 1. Thus, the mixing of a gas with a liquid can be attained without use of any forcing means.
