PURPOSE:To make possible the inspection of mechanism or the change of contacts by eliminating an insulation post and fixing a switch apparatus alone in an insulation tube thereby decreasing lifting height of a switch apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A tap changer 7 is attached to the bottom 6 of an insulation tube 2 hanging from a transfermer cover and a switching apparatus 5 mounted with its fringe held on projection 14 of the insulation tube 2. The switching apparatus is electrically connected to the tap changer 7. There are the pluraly of lugs on the top of the switching apparatus by which, after taking off the lid, it may be lifted for inspection. The lifting height of the switching apparatus is thus kept minimum.
