Abstract

PURPOSE: A high-polymeric temperature sensitive substance that is made by adding compounds selected from copper salts and potassium halides to a plyetheresteramide, thus showing small fluctuatin in the controlling temperature caused by moisture absorption and good temperature detecting sensitivity, further sharp melting behavior.
CONSTITUTION: To a polyetheresteramide in which at least ne of the polyamide blocks is a polyamide from an ω-aminocarboxylic acid or its lactam of 10 or more carbon atoms, are added compounds select4d from organic copper salts such as copper acetate or copper benzoate or copper halides and from potassium halides such as potassum iodide wherein the amount is 200W5,000ppm, preferably 500W3,000ppm as copper and/or potassium atoms.
