Abstract

PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the number of component parts to realize a low cost and at the same time to reduce the noise caused by the current, by obtaining the output current with the reverse phase by using the junction point between a constant current circuit and the emitter or the source of a transistor (TR) for the input terminal of the control current. CONSTITUTION:A connection point A where a cascade connection is secured between a PNP tranistor TR13 for constant current circuit and PNP TR14 and TR15 which are connected in an inverted Darlington way is used as an input terminal 1 of the control current i4. Then the collector or the drain of the TR13 is varied in the direction opposite to the change of the current i4 in accorddance with the current i4. Thus an output current i5 that has the same value with the current i4 and the phase inverted to the current i4 can be obtained since an output terminal 2 is obtained with the phase inverted to the current i4.
