Abstract
PURPOSE: To intercept a clutch in any rotatory phases of the clutch by providing a spring clutch mechanism of a camera or the like with a rotation stop ring having a plurality of engaging portions.
CONSTITUTION: A rotation stop ring 10 is mounted on the outside of a spring 11, the groove 10a thereof being fitted with bent-up portion 11b. The outer periphery thereof is provided with a plurality of fins 10b as engaging means. When input means 5 is rotated, a worm gear 8 is turned and a pulley 16 is not rotated by engaging relation of the ring 10, while a clutch switching portion 35a is placed at a position A. At a position B, both the worm gear 8 and the pulley 16 are not rotated. At a position C, the pulley 16 is rotated to intercept a cluth. That is, the clutch can be intercepted in phases corresponding to the number of engaging fins 10b.
