Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an A-D converting device of a short conversion time, by using A-D converters with sampling times shifted from each other in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A positive voltage is always applied to a terminal 4, and a reference voltage is generated at equal intervals by a resistance 11 when a proper power source voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 3. When the voltage of a terminal 2 is equal to the reference voltage, voltages of output terminals 6 and 7 of an amplifier A are equal to each other and are a voltage 15. When the signal of the voltage 17 is applied to a terminal 5 under this state, the output voltage of an amplifier B are shown as voltages 8 and 9, and sampling pulses of a voltage 18 are generated. Next, when an observation signal is applied to the terminal 2, the voltage of the terminal 10 becomes a voltage 10 by a diode 10. This pulse voltage and the reference voltage of a terminal 16 are compared with each other by an amplifier C, and the comparison result is subjected to code conversion by an encoder 17. Consequently, if another A-D converter with the sampling time shifted is used in parallel, the con version time is shortened.
