Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of the side robes extremely small in a simple structure, by selectively setting the winding directions of coils of vibrators alternately in forward and reverse directions, thereby cancelling mutual inductances. CONSTITUTION:The vibrator units are arranged so that the equal interval is provided between the vibrators. The numbers of turns of the coils wound around all the vibrators are the same. The winding directions of the neighboring units are opposite to each other. Therefore the mutual inductance between the vibrator units a and b is as follows; it is positive between the coils of vibrators 21 and 22, negative between the vibrators 23 and 24, positive between the vibrators 25 and 26, and negative between the vibrators 27 and 28. Therefore the magnitude of the positive mutual inductance and that of the negative mutual inductance are the same in the circuits of units a and b. Thus the effects are cancelled and the generation of the side robes can be suppressed.
