CONSTITUTION:A stationary part 6 and a movable part 5 of the same shape are secured to the bottom surface of a housing 1 and the lower side of a load receiving pan 2. Oscillating parts 7, 8 of the same shape are connected between the part 6 and the part 6, so that parallelograms 6, 7, 5, 7a of the same shape are formed on both side surfaces.
