PURPOSE:To perform the control of a job based on the standard time without requiring any man power and to simplify a control program, by setting automatically the standard time supplied through a communicating circuit at an internal time device. CONSTITUTION:A time reading command is delivered from a central control part CPU to a communication control part CCU, and at the same time a time setting command is transmitted to a time device TMR. The CCU transmits the dial information to a network controller NCU via an automatic dial device connection part ACA and functions to supply the time information in voice to a circuit connected with a voice input part ARU. This time information is converted into a circuit code through the part ARU, sent to a circuit connection part BLA to be converted into an internal code and written into the device TMR from the CCU to perform the setting of time. Thus the standard time is set without requiring any man power, and a job is controlled based on the standard time.
