Abstract
PURPOSE: To treat human and cattle excreta quickly and pollution-free with compact devices by subjecting said excreta to oxidation treatment then removing the residual oxidizing agent by reduction with active carbon catalysts.
CONSTITUTION: Human and cattle excreta are beforehand filitered with non-woven fabrics, nets, or the like to remove suspended solids and solids. Next, they are put into an oxidizing tank 1, where sodium hypochlorite is added at 0.5W2.0 times the oxidation equiv. of the excreta, whereby oxidation treatment is carried out.
