Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent mal-operation caused by noise of a relay of an electromagnetic switchboard, and to effectively use a filter, which is the cause of time delay, inserted for noise absorption for traffic information collection, by separating the period of input information collection with the period of output information collection. CONSTITUTION:Recognition of information is performed by the traffic data collection unit TME by passing through the connecting line from the contact point rk of the relay which discriminates the confirmation that the input side information is prepared when marker is started. A figure in which the input information is accomodated is driven by a figure driving device RDV and the device TME collects the input information. The marker transmits the information to the device TME through the connecting line by using the contact sm of identification relay which confirms that the communication between input and output is closed. And, the device TME operates the figure in which the output information is accumulated by using a device RDV to collect the output information through a filter and a sense amplifier.
