Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit the uniform cutting concrete slab into a desired cross-sectional form only running a cutter on the slab along the longitudinal direction of a headrace tunnel.
CONSTITUTION: Under a condition that the axle of a cutting drum 9 is positioned horizontally and also crossly in the running direction of a running truck 1, the cutting drum 9 whose periphery is projectingly provided with a cutting blade 11 is supported rotatably around its axle and also in a vertically movable manner. The peripheral line of said cutting drum 9 is almost matched with a desired cross-sectional shape of a slab, and the cutting drum 9 is turned by means of a driver means in which an oil-pressure motor 16 is fixed to the inside of a cylindrical case 15 formed at the base of the other bearing 14. By the cutter having such a constitution, the eroded concrete slab of headrace tunnel, etc., is repaired.
