Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the oxidation and corrosion of paint film by a method in which an undercoat layer consisting of a water-soluble alkali metal silicate or water- soluble multi-valent metal phosphate, a flame retardant filler, and a heardening agent is formed on a base plate, and then a self-cleaning paint film consisting of a water- soluble alkali metal salt, a hardening agent, a fire-proof filler, and an oxidative catalyst is formed on the undercoat layer.
CONSTITUTION: On a base plate, an undercoat layer consisting of 20W40wt% water-soluble alkali metal silicate, 10W40wt% hardening agent, and 30W70wt% fire-proof filler, or 7W25wt% water-soluble multi-valent metal phosphate, 0W35% hardening agent, and 40W95wt% fire-proof filler, is formed, dried, and then baked. Then, on the undercoat layer, a porous self-cleaning paint film consisting of 18W 40wt% water-soluble alkali metal silicate, 15W72wt% fire-proof filler, 5W30wt% hardening agent, and 5W60wt% oxidative catalyst is formed.
