Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to portionwisely pouring a respective optional amount of plural reagents in an accurate manner by a method wherein plural syringes are driven by corresponding pistons at the same time and three-way change-over valve is switched in independent timing during upward movement of the piston. CONSTITUTION:Plural syringes 1 are fixed to a support member 3 and a piston 4 corresponding to the syringe 1 is fixed to a slide member 6. When a cnstant speed motor 21 is driven to drive the slide member 6, plural pistons 4 are moved upwardly and downwardly at a constant speed simultaneously and plural reagents are reciprocate between a reagent container and the syringe 1. In a range of an upwardly moving time of the piston 4, plural three-way change-over valve 14 is operated in optional timing and a suction emitting port 1a of the syringe 1 and a gathering joint 15 are communicated. In this time, only during an operation time of the change-over valve 14, the corresponding reagent is sent to the gathering joint 15 and, within a range of this time, plural reagents are portionwisely poured in a desired amount.
