PURPOSE:To carry out the preparation of dilution sample of a reaction liquid of enzyme reaction automtically and effectively, by providing a tightly sealed flow passage composed of the plural sampling valves, a flow passage changeover valve, stirring receptacle and a liquid sending pump. CONSTITUTION:A reaction liquid A in an enzyme reaction bath is circulated continuously to a sampling loop L1 of a sampling valve S1 by a liquid sending pump P1. The liquid A maintained in the loop L1 is then diluted uniformly by a dilution solution B1 in a tightly sealed flow passage composed of a line filter F, a stirrer M and plural flow passage changeover valve V1, V2 by switching the valve S1. Then, after supplying diluted sample to a liquid chromatograph apparatus H1 through a sampling valve S3, a changeover valve S2 is switched and said flow passage is washed by a washing liquid B2 by turning a liquid sending pump R1 reversely, and the liquid B2 is replaced by a fresh solution B1.
