Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to transmit a low-speed data and warning signals 1 and 0 by a pulse stuffing communication system, by utilizing stuffing pulses which are insignificant as communication information. CONSTITUTION:At positions X where stuffing pulses are inserted at a reception side insignificant information pulses 1 and 0 are inserted to send a multiplexed pulse sequence C. At a reception side, a stuff specification pulse sent from the transmission side is received and only when stuffing is done, the low-speed data is sampled. Consequently, stuffing pulses which were insignificant as communication information are utilized to transmit excessive information, such as low-speed data and warning signals 1 and 0.
