Abstract

PURPOSE:To make products by subjecting composite packages to various kinds of tests, deciding and classifying respective elements, directly putting these decision and classificaton marks on the respective elements of the composite packages then cutting the packages by every required number. CONSTITUTION:The composite package 10 which is being fed automatically is sent to a dielectric strength testing part 12 by feed (a). Heere, the results of the dielectric strength tests made on the elements groups of odd numbers by the 1st dielectric strength testing device 20 are stored in the 1st storage device 24, after which the package is sent to the 2nd dielectric strength testing part 13 by feed drive (b), where the element groups of even numbers are tested by the 2nd dielectric strength testing device 21, the results whereof are stored in the device 24. Next, the package 10 is sent to a DC measuring part 14, and upon completion of the measurement, it is fed to a marking part 15. Decision information is transferred into the device 24, by which it is converted to mark informaton and is transmitted to a mark assigning part 28. After marking is put on the elements, the package is dried in a drying part 16, and is cut to products.
