Abstract
PURPOSE: To suppress a temperature rise in a car room at the time of parking under the blazing sun, by removably providing a curtain with quality of reflecting heat rays in the vicinity of a window glass or roof or the both.
CONSTITUTION: The upper half of a car room 1 in an automobile is generally provided with front and rear wimdow glasses 2, 3 and side window glass. Here are provided curtains 6 in the insides of the window glasses 2, 3 and side window glass so as to cover them. This curtain 6 is formed by using a material of quality reflecting heat rays, for instance, a plastic film or the like coated with aluminum. An end of this curtain 6 is mounted to a reel device 7, and locked to a prescribed position by a lock device. This lock device at operation of an engine is constituted by a device 14, preventing drawing of the curtain 6, and a reelback preventive device 26 locking the curtain 6 to its drawn position.
