Abstract
PURPOSE:To uniform the surface potential distribution in a fixed electrode and to reduce high frequency distortion, by providing a fixed electrode consisting of electret having metallic layer with both major planes opposing to an oscillation electrode. CONSTITUTION:Fixed electrodes 1, 1' consisting of electrets 12, 12' having metallic layers 11, 11', 13, 13' are provided on the major planes opposing to an oscillation electrode 12. As the metallic layes 11, 11', 13, 13' provided on both major planes of the electrets 12, 12', metallic layers made of Al, Cu, or stainless steel are used, and terminals 4, 4' for DC voltage application are provided at the side opposing to the oscillation electrode 2 in the metallic layers 11, 11', 13, 13'. Terminals 5, 5' for AC signal input/otput are provided for the fixed electrodes 1, 1', current and voltage are applied by using the terminals 4, 4', the surface potential distribution in the fixed electrodes 1, 1' is made uniform, allowing to reduce the distortion at high frequency regions.
