Thus, the FF4c is set by the signal PTRSTR and is reset by the rise of a synchronizing sprocket hole signal SPHT. In the case, when the signal PTRSTR is outputted before the rise of the signal SPHT after the FF4c is set, the FF4c is set again, and the FF4d outputs a signal RUN continuously without being reset.
