Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the stability of spinning, and make it possible to spin yarns of fine count and low twist coefficient stably, by specifying the contact surface of the first guide at a specified surface roughness in stripping and twisting fibrous bundles deposited on the inner surface wall of a rotor simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Carbon steel a grooved and buffed carbon steel is used as a navel (11B), and the contact surface is sandblasted or by using a sandblast having an adrasive grain size of #320-30 or horning to form a fine uneven surface. The surface is then coated with a hand material, e.g. hard chromium or composite super hard chrominum, in a thickness of about 5-50mum to give an Rz of 3-30mum (an average roughness for 10 points of measurement).
