Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent huntng due to load angle increase, by providing a load angle limiter which limits load angle, and a compensator which outputs numerical difference between positioning command pulse and corresponding pulse to r.p.m. of a pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 12 is driven corresponding to output of a positioning commander which outputs a pulse train equivalent to a target position. A load angle limiter 16 is provided to limit load angle of the motor 12 in between. A compensator 18 is also provided to output difference between command pulse and revolution-related pulse to the commander 10. The revolutional pulse is output to a counter 26 via a separator 24 and the load angle is detected. The load angle limit pulse is output to the motor 12 after the revolutional pulse is given to a dummy pulse oscillator via a load angle setter 28. Therefore, hunting can be prevented when the load angle goes beyond a designated limitation thereby enabling the correct positioning drive.
