Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate saucer-supporting frame and to improve precision and sensitivity, by a method wherein a securing part of a beam is hung down from a cover for fastening, and the bottom of the cover is formed in an open state. CONSTITUTION:In case a saucer 23 is coupled to a moving part 17, a stay 26 is first inserted through a performation 6 and an aperture 12, a boss part 25 is inserted through a hole 7 in a manner that a convexity 24 is positioned facing and opposite to a projection 8, and a semicircular concavity 22 mates a semicircular convexity 27. Thus, the saucer 23 is positioned during the engagement of the components, which results in facilitating coupling of the components. Additionally, a securing part 16 of a beam 14 is hung down from a fitting frame 10 for fastening thereat. The lower part of the beam 14 is open and the bottom of the cover 2 is also open, whereby a moving part 17 is coupled to the stay 26 from below by means of a screw 28, and the saucer 23 is coupled to the moving part 17 without the need for the use of a saucer-supporting frame.
