Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain chemical reaction apparatus having a good heat efficiency and carrying out uniform reaction at low cost by providing a heating apparatus inside of an inner pipe of a double pipe or connecting the same to a heating steam pipe. CONSTITUTION:A double pipes 3 constituted from an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2 are respectively clamped to an intermediate plate having a bored hole 5 by a bolt 7 at a flange 4 thereof. In the above described inner pipe 2, a heating apparatus 9 such as a nichrome wire or the like is provided and a stock material is supplied from one side of a doughnut like space 15 between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 and heated by the heating apparatus 9 and a reaction is carried out therein and, from other end, a product is taken out. Further, a steam pipe 17 from a boiler 16 may be connected to the inner pipe 2 to perform heating.
