Abstract

If the beam 40 is dismounted, the passing hole 38 of a runner cone 20 can be opened. When the runner cone 18 which passed through the passing hole 38 formed on the footholding footboard 30 is suspended down, the runner cone 20 is supported by the wire ropes 36 from draft pipes 26, and the runner cone 20 can be held in the arbitrary space under the footholding footboard 30.
