Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the inclination of the jetting direction of ink particles and lessen the deviation of dots by providing an ink-unfamiliar layer at the center of two nozzle row on the flontal side. CONSTITUTION:On both ends of a head base plate 1, an approx. 100 m-depth ink flow pathways 10 are formed by a photo-etching method. A vibrating plate 2 of a thickness t1 of 0.1-0.3mm. is hot-bonded to the head base plate 1 and the flontal side 7 of nozzles is polished. And, an ink-unfamiliar layer 31 is provided at the center of the head base plate 1 on the flontal side 7 of the nozzles. The width of the ink-unfamiliar layer 31 made of a plastic material, e.g., Teflon (trade mark), etc., whose surface is treated by coating, spraying, vapor deposition, etc., is designated such that the distance t1 between the nozzle 5 and the end of the vibrating plate 2 is almost equalized with the distance t2 between the nozzle 5 and the ink-unfamiliar layer 31.
