Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain 100% aperture efficiency while holding a high contrast with a wide angle of view by correcting aberrations by arranging three positive, negative and positive lenses from a common object and image space side and a concave reflecting mirror having a reflecting surface facing the common object and image space side, and by making the lens system meet specific requirements. CONSTITUTION:The 1st positive lens L1, 2nd negative lens L2, 3rd positive lens L3, and a concave reflecting mirror M having a concave reflecting surface facing the side of common object and image space 1 are arranged successively from the side of space 1, and while the surface of the 2nd negative lens at the space 1 side is convex to the space 1 side, the lens system meets requirements shown by conditional inequalities (a)-(e). Consequently, various aberrations are corrected excellently, a high contrast is held over the entire plane of an an-use angle of view, and aperture efficiency is increased up to 100% even at the circumferential part of an image-formation screen.
