When the second wire net which has been conveyed into the rotary body 10 by means of the roller conveyor 7 is guided to the wire net guide, and moved to the determined position by means of the device 20, it is brought into contact with an on-off shutter 18 by means of action of a cylinder 19, and movement is brought to a stop. Then, the rotary body 10 is turned 180° by a rotary driving gear, the second wire net is turned inside out, the cylinder 19 is returned, and the on-off shutter 18 is opened, so that it is conveyed out to the loader 5 by means of the convey-in convey-out device 20, which is loaded on the threstle 60.
