Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a working efficiency by a method wherein an attracting instrument, abutting from the upper side and attracting the upper end of the sheet member projecting above the stacked plate bodies interposed with the sheet members at the fore end of the stacked plate bodies being taken out, is equipped and the attracted sheet plate is transferred to the retrieving position thereof by floating it.
CONSTITUTION: The plate bodies 9 such as glass plates or the like and the sheet members 10 such as papers or the like are stacked alternately and are loaded on a pallet 8 loaded on a carriage 7. This carriage is positioned so that the plate body 9 of the foremost part moves to a predetermined attracting position and the plate body 9 at the foremost part is attracted by the projection of the attracting instrument 6 under said condition. The plate body 9 attracted by the attracting instrument 6 is transferred onto a conveyor 11 by the counterclockwise pivoting of a loading table 4 while the carriage 7 is moved forward by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the plate body 9 substantially. Then, the sheet member 10 at the foremost part is attracted by the attracting instrument 37 of a transferring device 14 and is transferred to the upper position of the retrieving position 12 via a path shown by a broken line, thereafter, the sheet member 10 is pressed and stacked onto the retrieving position 12 by the operation of a pressing device 16.
