Abstract

PURPOSE: A composition that is made by using a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer and a specific ethylene-propylene-diene elastic copolymer, thus showing high impact strength and good welding paroperties.
CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (A) 50W97wt%, preferably 60W 95wt% of a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer and (B) 50W3wt%, prefeably 40W5wt% of an ethylene-propylene-diene elastic copolymer with a Mooney viscosity (ML 1+4, 100°C) of 70W150, preferably of 80W120. The elastic copolymer contains 20W60wt% ethylene, 20W60wt% propylene and 5W30wt% diene.
