The outputs of those microphone units 1 and 2, after their levels are adjusted by variable resistors 5 and 6, are added and subtracted by an adder 7 and a subtracter 8. The outputs of the adder 7 and subtracter 8 have levels adjusted by variable resistors 9 and 10 and are outputted as an L-channel and an R-channel signal.
