Abstract
PURPOSE:To vary directivity continuously by processing the outputs of a bidirectional and a unidirectional microphone unit, which are arranged at 90 deg. to each other, by an adder, a subtracter, etc. CONSTITUTION:A bidirectional microphone unit 1 and a unidirectional microphone unit 2 are arranged in the direction differing by 90 deg.. The outputs of those microphone units 1 and 2, after their levels are adjusted by variable resistors 5 and 6, are added and subtracted by an adder 7 and a subtracter 8. The outputs of the adder 7 and subtracter 8 have levels adjusted by variable resistors 9 and 10 and are outputted as an L-channel and an R-channel signal.
