Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a continuous manufacturing of a thermo-collector having a stable quality by a method wherein some paste-like light receiving heat collecting materials are coated on the meshes or holes of net-like or porous heat-collector plate and then a wave-shaped net-like overheating element is adhered to the materials.
CONSTITUTION: The net-like plate 2 is passed between feed rollers 6a, 6b, some paste-like light receiving heat collecting materials 3 contained in a hopper 7 are filled or coated in the mesh, pressed by the pushing plate 12, and the light receiving heat collecting element 3 is projected downwardly from the mesh, the wave-like net-shaped overheating element 4 is adhered to the lower surface of the light receiving element between the pressing conveyor 8 and the feeding conveyor 9 and then they are fed out. Net-shaped overheater element 4 is passed between the feeding-out rollers 10a, 10b and fed to the wave-shape forming rollers 11a, 11b. They are formed as a wave shape and finally fed below the thermo-collector plate 2 on the feeding-out conveyor 9.
