CONSTITUTION:A subscriber's information area SCLS for registering a hot-line service of subscribers A, B, C..., and an each time zone incoming subscriber's information area TiMS are provided on a main memory MM. When the subscriber A executes outgoing, a central control device CC detects that the subscriber A is a registerer of a hot-line service, by the area SCLS in the device MM and checks the time of outgoing by the area TiMS in the device MM. If the outgoing time is a time zone X, the incoming subscriber is decided as B, if it is a time zone Y, the incoming subscriber is decided as C, and after that, the incoming subscriber is called and connected by use of a call signal trunk RGT and extension trunks ioT-F, R.
