Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize a tape position without reference to the running direction of a magnetic tape by constituting the rotary roller of a magnetic-tape drawing and guiding means by using a roller shaft and a rotary roller body which has a different- diameter internal circumferential hole surface coming into contact with the roller shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotary roller part is composed of a roller shaft 11 provided to a moving body 7 and a rotary roller body 12 fitted rotatably to it; and the external circumferential surface 12a of the rotary roller body 12 is formed on a cylinder surface side and the internal circumferential hole surface 12b is formed on a tape surface side. The roller shaft 11 is provided with a flange 13 and a coming-off stopper 14. As a magnetic tape 1 runs to right, the rotary roller body 12 slants to right by running-directional frictional force and its internal circumferential hole surface 12b comes into contact with the external circumferential surface of the roller shaft 11. When it runs to left, the rotary roller body 12 slants to left. Thus, even when the running direction of the magnetic tape 1 is reversed, the magnetic tape 1 runs while held at a stable position.
