In addition, when windshield plates slightly longer than the lateral width of the head 3 are placed above and below the head 3, external disturbing airflows can also be shielded effectively. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the flight of ink droplets from being disturbed by airflows, which might otherwise cause disturbance in recording or a mismatching of colors in color recording.
